Corporate “Night Circus” Awards Gala

A “Corporate “Night Circus” Awards Gala” was designed and produced for 1100 physicians of a Healthcare Organization. The concept was a highly customized and unique “Circus” theme. The event took place over 35,000 square feet across multiple ballrooms and meeting spaces. An event map provided a guide to a journey of ever unfolding interactive activities, entertainment and never-ending culinary delights. One of the highlights of the evening was the “Lip Sync Battle” where the guest’s talent could truly shine. A tremendous cast of interactive performers provided wonderful photo ops and visual décor to bring the concept to life. They were also a great addition to the Awards presentations. The many event rooms gave us the opportunity for creative interactive activities combined with unique bars, food presentations and desserts. Guests could get adorned in Couture Circus Makeup or participate in the “Pop goes the Weasel” Jack in the Box. There was also the get” Sawed in Half “and “Scary Clown “photo ops. Another big attraction was “The House of Wicked Laughs” starring the Comedic Hypnotist and the Hobo Comedian. The world famous “Contortionist Twins” added excitement and visual drama to the Award’s presentation finale!
