A corporate reception was designed and produced for a media company hosting 400 VIP guests. The event was a pre-reception for the Whitehouse Correspondents Dinner at the Washington Hilton Hotel. A large outdoor terrace was covered with several white tents. Focal points included elegant “spring” themed décor, VIP step and repeat backgrounds, large bars, interactive photo op areas and table design.
