Corporate “Roaring” Awards Gala

A “Corporate Awards Gala” was designed and produced for 1800 physicians of a Healthcare Organization. The concept was a highly customized “Roaring 20’s Gatsby” theme. The event took place over 55,000 square feet on two levels. An event map provided a guide to a journey of ever unfolding interactive activities, entertainment and never-ending culinary delights. One of the highlights of the evening was the “Lip Sync Battle” where the guest’s talent could truly shine. A tremendous cast of interactive performers provided wonderful photo ops and visual décor to bring the concept to life. Some of the focal points of the evening were photo ops, and several intimate nightclubs, highlighting music and dance from the 20’s and 30’s. There was also a comedic club starring Charlie Chaplin and his female sidekick. The beautifully costumed performers enhanced the Awards presentations and provided living décor across the event space. The amazing “human lamps” were a creative hit!
