Corporate “What a Feeling” Awards Gala

A “Corporate “What A Feeling” Awards Gala” was designed and produced for 1400 physicians of a Healthcare Organization. The concept was a “Dancing Thru the Decades” theme. The name of the event comes from the famous dance scene in the “Flashdance” movie. The event took place over 35,000 square feet across multiple ballrooms & meeting spaces. An event map provided a guide to a journey of ever unfolding interactive activities, entertainment and culinary delights. A unique cast of interactive mirrored performers provided photo ops and visual décor to bring the concept to life. The multiple event spaces provided the opportunity for highlighting many genres of dance. We created mini-nightclubs combining unique bars, food presentations and desserts. The six-night club names ranged from Twist & Pulse “jumpin’ & jivin’”, Fever “dirty dancing”, Heart & Soul “slow dancing”, Jazzy “a tribute to Fosse”, The Queen of Soul “Aretha”, and Dancin’ “celebrating dance crazes & challenges”. Each room had interactive dance performers and in the “Jazzy” room inspiring choreography highlighting Fosse’s famous moves!
