Corporate “Wonderland” Awards Gala

A “Corporate Awards Gala” was designed and produced for 1700 physicians of a Healthcare Organization. The concept was a highly customized “Wonderland” theme. The event took place over 55,000 square feet on two levels. An event map provided a guide to a journey of ever unfolding interactive activities, entertainment and never-ending culinary delights. One of the highlights of the evening was the “Lip Sync Battle” where the guests’ talent could truly shine. A tremendous cast of interactive performers provided wonderful photo ops and visual décor to bring the concept to life. One of the focal points of the evening was an amazing Tea Party where a 32’ table and dramatic seating created a place for the guests to mingle with the characters and to enjoy the desserts. A custom Spiked Ice Cream Float Bar was one of the many unique dessert choices which guests enjoyed!
